I can’t find where to edit the page title that shows up on the left side of the header. I want to remove that as it blocks the images in the header.

The page title appears from title that you give to your page and there is no option to remove it.
But you can remove it with some custom CSS code. Here is the code
.sq-main-title{display:none}
Use some CSS plugins to add the CSS code.
