sarbar36Is there a way to have the theme pull the manual excerpt data instead of the post data? Since I am using Visual Composer in my post the code is showing up in the blog feed. When I change my manual excerpt to not include that code, the blog theme isn’t pulling in the excerpt. In result my blog feed looks like this:
Let me know if anyone knows an easy way to fix this that I may not be aware of.

HashSince visual composer is based on shortcode, it is showing the shortcode in the except. There is a way to strip all the shortcode but with this the blog page will not show any content for the post made with visual composer.
