    Is it possible to cancel the ‘black net’ kind of thing that the slider puts automatically on the images it shows? Like the images are shown on other hash-themes themes, let’s say like ‘square’ them.

    Its the dark overlay added to the slider that darkens the image. It is done so that you can read the text over the slider.

    Here is the CSS if you want to remove the dark overlay. Go to Appearance -> Customizer and in the Additional CSS field, paste the below CSS

    .hs-slide-overlay{display:none;}
