ParticipantHello, I’m having an issue with the Total theme. I have tried reverting to the non-child theme and still experience the issue.
When on a mobile device (including Chrome’s frame adjuster) the menu button does not open the menu ONLY when I’m on product pages in the WooCommerce store. The same button opens the menu from other pages on the site, which is what is confusing me. Any help is much appreciated.
As a follow up, in case a HashThemes employee responds, what are the specific benefits for WooCommerce sites if I were to upgrade to the pro version?

It would have been better for us to understand if you have replied back with your website URL.
On primary analysis, if you are using child theme then you will need to review the code of your child theme again because we have made a few changes in our theme in the latest version. We would only be able to tell you the issue after we check your website so please do reply back with your website URL.
If you upgrade to pro, you will have lots of features in terms of WooCommerce feature availability. Please check this page https://demo.hashthemes.com/total-plus/total/shop/ . You will have the option for Quick View, Compare, Add to Wishlist feature. Also you will have option to add cart button in the menu.
