Hello,
After updating to WordPress 4.7.1 my Total theme home page was completely changed. It now only shows my blogs and everything else was removed. I am not able to re-implement the features and functions on the homepage either. Please help!

After updating theme Total from 1.1.1 to 1.1.6 my home page don´t work.
I deactivate the theme, delete the folder and upload again the copy of template version 1.1.1, but the home sections like Home Slider, client logo sections, don’t work.
In General Settings -> Static front page, I set a static front page, an entry and nothing, with the same result.
My version of WordPress: 4.7.1
January 17, 2017 at 7:32 am #1667HashKeymasterI have the same problem! Please help.
January 17, 2017 at 11:08 pm #1677HashKeymasterIn the latest version we have removed front-page.php file which removes the blog page and shows the home page with different section.
Now you need to make a new page with home page template and then select it to the Settings -> Reading option. Check this link https://hashthemes.com/support/topic/unable-to-display-square-features-after-setting-static-page/

1 . Create a new empty page (any title, like “Home” )
2 . In right column: Page atributes -> Template: Home Page
3. Click in “Publish”
4. Go to Appearance-> Customize -> General settings -> Static front page
5. Select “A static page”
6. In Front Page, select the page that you create in the step 1
7. Save changesJanuary 20, 2017 at 4:36 am #1693StevePic95ParticipantTo the developers:
I really appreciate the hard work you put into this theme, but I think I speak for everyone when I say please don’t make any more updates that will completely ruin our sites out of nowhere.
Thanks.

This update was according to the feedback of the theme reviewers. They don’t allows to show static page by default. They say it should display blog page.
