Hello
Have problems with my specified product images in woocommerce not get the right size. However, this happens only in the pictures that I have uploaded after I installed woocommerc.Do you know anything about this?
Thanks in advance

Please regenerate the thumbnail again using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
If it still does not work then please let us know your website url for us to check.

April 28, 2016 at 1:35 pm #315HashKeymasterOk, i got the problem. The image you uploaded is smaller in size than the required. The minimum size of the image should be 325px X 380px . (height and width)
Try uploading larger image and see the result.

I’ve already tried it. And it does not work. The strange thing is that the pictures that were in the media bank before I installed Woocommerc work and end up in the right size. Then there are the images that I upload after installing woocommerc that does not get the right size. I have also tried to uncheck the hard cutting, but it would not stay in that mode.//Andreas
April 28, 2016 at 2:27 pm #317HashKeymasterIt should work properly with the default feature of the WordPress. Try uploading bigger image in this url and show me.
April 28, 2016 at 2:31 pm #318HashKeymasterThe setting in the woocommerce for the image crop won’t work because we have overlapped the setting with our code.

May 1, 2016 at 8:16 pm #336HashKeymasterHi,
I checked your website and the url has the correct image size showing now. But other product has still smaller size image. Please make a replacement for all the products.

Now I’m not with you. My opinion is that there is an cutting of the image and it becomes especially sensitive because it is precisely the image I will sell. The original picture is landscape format.May 1, 2016 at 11:41 pm #340HashKeymasterYes, you are correct. You might have some portrait image and some landscape images. If you want a proper layout in the shop pages then these images need to cropped. But if you want you original image orientation to remain same that you might find variable images size with bottom space.
