I try from free download and I found!
if post select one category. it not display Category in Post List and Post Detail.
but if select two Category or more is display OK!
How fix it. select one category but display Posted in (Category) in Post List and Post Detail.

It should display the category even if your post has only 1 category. Can you please show us your website with your website url?
