On checking your website, I found the below error which is a server/hosting related issue. You must contact the hosting and ask them to increase the maximum execution time.
And from the error, you mentioned above, it states that the WordPress file is missing for which you will need to reinstall the WordPress again.
For now, i don’t see the error you mentioned but the error i mentioned below is present which is fixable by contacting your hostings.
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 120 seconds exceeded in /home/customer/www/wordchemist.com/public_html/wp-includes/nav-menu-template.php on line 213

Sorry for responding late. The title on the single page should display by default unless you have used some plugin that disables it or CSS code.

You need to go to the plugin page to install it. Please follow the below process
1. Go to Plugins > Add New.
2. Click on the Upload Plugin button at the top of the page.
3. Now Choose the downloaded zip file of the Total Plus plugin and click on Install Now button.

It must be your hosting issue or an issue with the site URL. It is not a theme or plugin issue. The two plugins are just suggested plugins and are not required at all. Also, you said that it keeps loading which means there is some restriction on the hosting otherwise it should get installed in just a couple of minutes.
